Over the weekend, I decided to upgrade some of the components in my MacPro Tower. The first thing that needed to be changed was the ATI Radeon HD 5870 from 2010. At the time, it was a great card when it comes to video processing and graphics work, but fast forward seven years, and it's no longer pulling its weight.

Recently I picked up a Pelican 1510 Hard Case for when I need to travel with my equipment. Not only does this case provide ample protection as well as space, but it has built-in wheels and a travel handle for easy maneuverability. Another great feature of this case is that it qualifies as carry-on luggage when you fly. Even if no more carry-ons are allowed, you can be reassured that nothing is going to happen to the items that are stored inside. 

I can't remember the last time that I had to pull out almost every piece of gear that I owned, but that's what happened during the Senior Care Marketing Sales Summit / Summit on Senior Care HR 2017 meetings. I was contracted to provide a small amount of photography for the two meetings, as well as record several interviews with keynote speakers.
